  • Requires involvement of technical and functional leadership to evaluate business case to approve demand, budget, timing, scope
  • Requires higher level of PM and SDLC rigor, including change management and training
  • Example:  Pre-packs, PLM PO Management, EDI?


Business Transformation Technology Enablement

  • Significant effort to technology platforms, with the potential for new solution introduction / replacement requiring training, change management across technical and functional resources
  • Requires involvement of technical and executive leadership to evaluate business case to approve demand, budget, timing, scope
  • Requires highest level of PM and SDLC rigor, including change management and training
